You can make changes (add or subtract) to your order up to 7 days prior to your event date. If you would like to cancel any item or cancel the entire order we recommend you do it as early as possible. There will be a restocking fee depending upon when you make the cancellation. There will be no charge if customer cancels 30 days prior to delivery date. Non-refundable Restocking fees apply as follows:
25% fee when cancelled within 30 days of delivery
50% fee when cancelled within 7 days of delivery
75% fee when cancelled within 24 hours of delivery
